1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bicycle rentals and guided tours provided by Given2Fly Adventures in Split, Croatia. By booking, renting equipment, or participating in any activity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Services

We provide:

Bike rentals (mountain, hybrid, e-bike, and kids bikes).
Guided cycling tours in and around Split.
Related activity services as presented on our website.

3. Bookings and Reservations

Bookings may be made online, by phone/WhatsApp, by email, or in person.
A booking is confirmed only after explicit confirmation from Given2Fly Adventures.
Group bookings may require advance notice and additional coordination.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where safety or operational limits apply.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR.
We do not take payment online. Payment method (cash or card in person, or bank transfer) is confirmed directly with our team when you book by WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Tour payments are generally due before activity start; rental payments at pickup unless agreed otherwise.
Displayed prices may be updated without notice for future bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy. Where these Terms and the policy overlap, the more specific cancellation rules apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking and contact information.
Customers must follow guide and staff instructions at all times.
Customers must use rented equipment responsibly and only for intended purposes.
Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

7. Bike Rental Conditions

A valid photo ID is required for equipment collection.
Helmets are included and are mandatory for riders under 18.
E-bike rentals require a minimum rider age of 16.
Late returns may incur additional charges based on applicable rates.

8. Guided Tour Conditions

Participants must arrive on time at the meeting point.
Minimum group sizes may apply for specific tours.
Alcohol-related tours require participants to be 18+.
Given2Fly may adjust schedule, route, or pacing for group safety and conditions.

9. Safety and Liability

Cycling and outdoor activities involve inherent risk. Participants are responsible for assessing personal fitness and informing staff of relevant health issues. To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, Given2Fly Adventures is not liable for indirect loss, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Weather and Route Changes

We may cancel, postpone, or modify activities due to weather, road conditions, force majeure, or other safety factors. In such cases, customers will receive an alternative date/service or refund in line with the Cancellation Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, and published media are the intellectual property of Given2Fly Adventures unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described there.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Split, Croatia.
