1. Parties

This agreement is made between Given2Fly Adventures (“Provider”) and the renter (“Customer”) for temporary use of bike equipment.

2. Equipment Provided

The Provider supplies the rented bicycle and agreed accessories (helmet, lock, phone holder, and other listed items) in working condition at pickup time.

3. Rental Period

The rental period starts at equipment handover and ends when all rented equipment is returned and inspected by staff.

4. Renter Responsibilities

Use equipment safely, responsibly, and in accordance with local traffic laws.
Do not transfer the bicycle to another user without Provider approval.
Secure the bicycle when unattended and avoid reckless use.
Report accidents, damage, or theft immediately.

5. Damage and Loss Liability

The Customer is financially responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged based on the Provider’s assessment and supplier pricing.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at pickup, depending on bike type and rental period. Deposits are released after equipment is returned in acceptable condition.

7. Late Returns

Late return fees apply according to the current price list. Repeated or major delays may be charged as an additional rental period.

8. Equipment Return

Equipment must be returned to the agreed location within working hours, unless a different return arrangement is confirmed in writing.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Croatian law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent court in Split, Croatia.
